    Greetings!

    We received your complaint yesterday (September 11, 2023) that one of your items
    mistakenly delivered the wrong color of locker cabinet from our company. We
    apologize for our mistake, if we didn’t give the exact color you wanted.

    As part of our rules, the color of the item you have ordered will be granted from our
    company. We would like to change color from black to light brown on the date you
    have requested. We’re sorry again for the inconvenience. We hope that you will
    continue shopping with us
