T he Asian Development Bank is organizing a 4-module Regional
Training Program on Climate Policy, Carbon Pricing, Carbon Markets,
and Article 6 of the Paris Agreement for key government officials and
other relevant stakeholders involved in developing and implementing
national policies and programs related to climate policy and carbon
