*In MCQ, you should completely cross-out the circle next to the correct answer. No other marks are
accepted, as it will not be received by the computer-based correction system. In these MCQs, you
should use 2B as it's more dense than HB
make sure the reader can understand the whole scenario (summarised) from the introduction. Basically,
the introduction should provide answer for 3 questions: what’s the case? Why referred? What’s
required . What you should do in the Rest of your letter is expansion of this summarised scenario and
conclude with the details of what you require from whoever reads your letter

expression be seen normally in medical letters in a real Hospital? Health professionals don’t naturally
