Dear Parents,

The British International School of Lubumbashi will be holding Term 1 Examinations between Thursday, 30th
November, and Friday, 8th December 2023, inclusive.
• School reporting time is 07:15 AM to 07:30 AM for timely revision. Dismissal will be at 12:15 PM from
Thursday, 30th November, to Friday, 8th December 2023, to provide students with sufficient time
for home study and revision.
• Report cards will be ready for collection on Monday, 11th December, between 10:00 AM and 12:00
noon.
• Wednesday, 29th November, has been allocated as a Preparation Leave day. Students are expected
to stay at home and complete independent revision.
• Students are instructed to come in complete school uniform and must carry their ID cards at all times;
they are mandatory. Students will sit one exam per day, following the timetable below.

7.45 am – 10.15 am Revision

10.15 am – 10.45 am Break
10.45 am– 12.15 pm Examination
