FIELDS
From April through September and
sometimes longer - you'll see spectacular
patches of colors as you drive near the farm
fields of Lompoc Valley - Stock, Larkspur,
Delphinium, Sweet Pea and Bells of Ireland
along with other cut flower varieties are
grown in abundance by local growers such as
Ocean View Flowers.

MISSION
Step Back in Time to the most extensively
restored mission in California. La Purisima
Mission State Park, founded in 1787, offers a
fabulous opportunity to explore California's
heritage. In addition to the restored buildings,
the nearly 2,000 acre park is home to 25 miles
of trails for hiking and horseback riding, a
Visitor Center and Exhibit Hall, and livestock.

Jalama Beach Park is a 30 minute drive from
the city of Lompoc California. On this scenic
drive, just outside of city limits, you'll see
working ranches and vineyards along with
scenic vistas around every bend.

The secret is out … the rolling hills around
Lompoc are producing some of California's
best wines. Start your tasting in the Lompoc
Wine Ghetto - a collection of more than 20
tasting rooms in town where you can sample
small production wines and meet the
winemakers. Most of the wineries are within a
few short blocks, so you can park in one
location and stroll from one tasting room to
the next. Continue your Lompoc tasting
adventure along Highway 246 and Santa Rosa
Road where our larger Estate Wineries and
