    I am writing to seek permission on behalf of the 1st year – 3rd year Bachelor of Elementary
    Education (BEED) students at Zamora Memorial College, in light of the upcoming 75th
    Founding Anniversary Celebration scheduled from October 19 to 25, 2023.
    We kindly request your office's authorization to allow BEED students to be excused from their
    regular classes between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm from October 9 to 14, 2023. This time will be
    dedicated to Zumba Dance practice, in preparation for the Zumba activity at Arver Gym on
    October 9, 2023, marking the commencement of this significant event.
    We anticipate your favorable consideration of this request, recognizing the value of active
    participation in college events for our students.
