What makes a good team? How can a good team achieve goals and deliver results?

A combination of strong leadership, communication, and access to good

resources contributes to productive collaboration in order to have a great team, but it
all comes down to people who understand each other and work together well. Not
every team has to succeed with just one “magbubuhat” in a group. It is important to
have the right balance of loyalty, ambition, and inspiration among the members of a
team.

Enable to adapt easily is essential in a group. Being flexible is a key trait of each
member. Confronting and resolving crises, rushing to meet deadlines, are some
problems that require adaptation. If someone on a team is unable to change gears
and refocus, odds are more issues will arise to further complicate the workflow process.
Moreover, teamwork is a basic requirement in a group. Without teamwork nothing is
possible. Working together can easily finish the project.

As the teamwork progresses and conflict arises an unavoidable part of

collaboration the team that has respect for each other will be able to move past
conflict towards resolution and, ultimately, completion of the goal. As long as they work
together, work as a team they are able to surpass the challenge
