Theservce period would be for at least 12manths followed by extension ofthe contract on both partes’ mutual agreement. 6. The SOP and conduct of duty of manpower are totally under the banner of your organizations. 7. The proper hierarchy for effective communication to be shared between both parties ends before initiation of the contracts for smooth execution, 8. Our office in no manner wil interfere in the Hr polices and the other employment concitions of your organizations, Moreover, we would ‘ensure that none of the manpower deployed/recruited by your office are not directly recruited by our office in our payroll or hire the same personnel ‘outside the premises for execution of any work. 9, If we face any dissatisfaction with the service of the deployed manpower, the same may be reported to our office and thus your office should ensure the immediate replacement ofthe same personnel wthin 2 working days/48hours respecting the urgency ofthe matter. 10. Any complains, feedback, clarification, queries to be solved within 24hrs from the time of ralsing between both the partes. 111. Ourotfice wll ensure to certify and mal the attendance to your office each month on the 1st working day. 12. The payment of the invoices to be cleared from Our ends by or before 15 days from receipt ofthe samme. The payment term should be sound between both the parties for maintaining the healthy business relations. 43. Anyextension/deduction in manpower resources from our ends tobe given tothe Seller either via mall, letter or simply via fresh work order. 44.
