TERMS AND/0NDiTION5:

responsible for repairs resulting from normal wear and tear, as per applicable law.
5. Utiliti : Unless otherwise specified in the original Lease Agreement, the Tenant shall be responsible for all utilities, including but not limited to
water, gas, e1ectricity, and internet/Eable services.

6. Other terms: All pther term5 and conditions of the existing Rental Agreement, not specifically modified by this Renewal, shall remain in full force
and effect.
