Which particular branch or field of accounting interests you most? How do
you plan on better preparing yourself to be an accountant in the field or
branch you find most interesting?

At first, I did not know that accounting has different fields. My knowledge about
accounting is still shallow but after learning its different branches and fields, I have
realized that I am most interested in forensic accounting. I think it has the most thrill I
want. When it comes to future work, I plan to choose a filed that has lots of challenges
that will make me think critically and will motivate me. Investigating together with
accounting sounds so interesting to me and I think I would do well in this kind of job.

Of course, as a student, I need to focus on learning more about accounting since I

barely know the basics of it to help my future self in her studies in college if ever I
continue pursuing a course aligned with it. I should also improve my computer skills
since accounting involves using this kind of technology. Learning about business will
also help me a lot. Reading books about forensic accounting will make me more
knowledgeable and prepared to take this course.
