Hello FL, this is my essay about “who are you and what are you going to be”. It’s can be a
reference or additional information before we read my personal vision.

I am a freshman at Binus University with a major in management and information systems. I

have an interest in mathematics, technology business, and mentoring. I was a visionary, hardworking,
and integrity person. Since I went to school, I've been a creative and accomplished student. I have
served as student council president 2 times in 2 different school levels which helped me greatly in
critical thinking, leadership, marketing and interpersonal communication skills. I am also one of the
founders of the Youth Worship community. The Youth Worship community is an online worship
community created with the aim of inviting all Christian youth in the world to always be related to God
through online worship performed every night.

I come from a village in eastern Indonesia that has educational retardation, mindset retardation,
and economic limitations. Many of us say that dreams are free, but those sentences don't apply to
children in my village. They are very afraid to dream, because most of them still assume that they don't
have enough money and don't have enough intelligence to compete and to continue studying.

As such, I have a desire to create a nonformal institution that accommodates economically

disabled children to be given free soft skills and education development trainings as well as mindset
changes that are certainly supported financially well through my business project forwards. My business
forward project is to create an online application called Serbaada,which will sell variety of goods and
services that include: infrastructure, health, haircut services and all the primary, secondary, and tertiary
needs of the customers. The business concept will be made creative and fun that every customer can
make friends and build relationships with other customers such as facebook concept and there will also
be advanced features that are a camera that can detect haircuts, dress appearance and home concepts
that are perfect for customers to see from the physical, residential location, and age of the customer.
And also, to support the sustainability of this business, there will be a monthly reward poll for customers
who can provide the best advice for this application.

Therefore, studying s-1 in the department of information systems and management of Binus
University is one of my biggest dreams, because I am very passionate in the community and competence
with international standards. For me, holding an S-1 meant I had to prove commitment and
determination to my goals. Now, Indonesia needs gold generations to realize its vision as a developed
country in 2045. Therefore, easy and free access to Education is indispensable to those with economic
disabilities in order to continue their studies. Thus, having a bachelor's degree at Binus University will
give me rich knowledge of economics and technology that can be the basis for realizing the goals and
forwards of my business project. My Bachelor's degree at Binus University is undoubtedly an important
tool for achieving my goals and it will really encourage me to achieve my ultimate dream of being a clear
spring and a blessing to everyone.

MY personal vision is “be clear springs and be a blessing to others”. Because for me money is
not the main happiness but the main happiness is when I can see the smile of those who are less
fortunate.

S: Like my essay above, I want to create a non-formal institution in which there is free training
and teaching for those who want to go to school but don't have enough money. and also in it there will
be training for mindset development. because the mindset is one of the most important things in
achieving a goal. Also, if my dream has come true, I want to become a government because by
becoming a government I can help many more disadvantaged people.

M: by looking at the growing number of smiles of those who are not financially disadvantaged.

A: I think yes, because I have a strong determination and passion in achieving that and also, I
feel that the Lord will always be with me in realizing my noble dreams.

R: of course, as long as I can continue to be consistent in fighting for it and be permitted by God.

T: I want to achieve it after I graduate from college with the time composition: Semester 3, I
have started a business from my business project and if God will before graduating I can already succeed
in my business project and after graduating I can already help a little distressed people and after I
graduate from S2 I will be more serious in helping those who are financially deficient.

Note: I think, all of that I can only achieve with the help and cooperation of various parties especially FL
brothers and sisters because I am a human being who also needs others.
