Leadership:

To my mind leadership concept refers the capacity to combine powerful attributes at the
same time like influence, inspiration, guidance and motivation. We call a person as a
leader when he does a great job to serve others by these wonderful qualities.
I have an immense pleasure to showcase my potential previous situations needed
leadership skill and along the way highlighting the big opportunity could this prestigious
scholarship called “Chevening scholarship” offers me in the future to foster deeply this
important skill. Knowing that many societies move forward by many factors between
them having skillful leaders.
Firstly, I’d like to mention that I’m a business student in one of the finest business
schools in Morrocco called “National School of Commerce and Management in
Casablanca”. It provides an interesting training as well as divers activities to shape
meaningful leaders. By the way, the teachers assigned me in many projects especially
relevant to management issues as a leader. So, I have been in contact with the teachers to
communicate with them the last progress reports, also I supported my team to meet the
deadlines and never been behind them. Next, when it comes to introduce the presentation
in front of my classmates. I mentioned the important results and the process briefly.
Then, the instructors gave my team and me always a mark above 80% from the average.
Secondly, I like to talk about my position as a leader in my current internship. I get the
chance to voice my opinions with an attractive charisma at a professional workspace.
The company affected me with this role based on my qualities and to help others newbie
trainees by my knowledge in the domain and keep an eye on their progress speed.
Finally, I’m noticing that they evolve approximately 70% compared to their entry. Also,
they could make decisions by their own about 65% in terms of independency.
On the whole and in my two experiences that I appreciated them a lot but I’m still trying
to grow this important quality. I’m a strong believer that Chevening scholarship allows
me to more grow this skill and embedded it in my every day by the diverse programs
available on this fabulous scholarship.
To conclude this with fewer words, I can say that carrying with me wherever and
whenever the leadership skill is going to impact positively many people that I’m going to
work with them. As well all the societies that I could visited them include my country.
Networking:
Networking is the power to connect with many individuals regardless of their gender,
backgrounds and their religions. By making more friendship and extra acquaintances
could expand your network by adding a wide range of people in many occupations.
Welcoming new people in your network circle by seizing opportunities like events to
meet people in person, special occasions and others situations.
I’m still working to enhance this valuable feature in my life by enrolling at ENACTUS
club in my school since 2019. This club welcomed me until now with a friendly greeting.
He covers brilliant business ideas as social issues as well. I worked with new people that
I have never crossed the same path before with them in meaningful projects. In addition,
I came up with blown minded ideas because I profoundly appreciate an environment
where everyone interact, gives his perception and the creativity meet. I have faith that
Chevening alumni going to empower me endlessly by meeting people coming from
different countries, speaks different languages and having special life style.
As a matter of fact, joining people in a variety of situations like donation of blood, and
collecting funds to make the ends of people in need like food, clothes and books. Those
situations make me being aware about the way to behave, treat others and portray my
emotions more effectively thanks to exchange with others. I guess deeply that getting
this opportunity to communicate, work and share of knowledge, experience or
sometimes having fun to maintain the productivity on a raise. All what I have mentioned
avail ale on your scholarship contained talented and impressed peoples.
To sum up briefly, networking means to some extent building reports and increase the
potential of your career to jump to next level. In meanwhile to upgrade the quality of
your work by knowing people could left a positive impact in your whole life.
Studying in UK:
Actually, education is one of the prestigious rights that could a human being get accessed
in his life. Without a doubt, I can confirm that keep enriching your mind with new
aspects of life is the best thing to give to yourself. As our body need to feed it by
nutrition as our minds need to feed them with new pieces of information.
According to my ambitious dreams and aiming high for all the time. It gives me a real
and an eager want to continue my education abroad and get the chance to experience
new methods of teaching. I’d like to shed the light to one of the most beautiful countries
across the word. The none other than The United Kingdom that characterized as a warm
home to many international students. I do wholeheartedly want to study at this country
because the quality of the offered programs and the way of teaching provided by
qualified teachers selected by merit and entitlement.
I’m so excited to get the chance to study at once of my chosen universities because that
training is going to unlock tremendous doors in my life. If I can single out some of the
major ones like the possibility to grow in the business and the management field after
graduation. Also, it’s going to allow me live a rewarding life such as having extra
facilities to travel abroad, discover many societies and reach out to my potential dreams
in my personal and professional life. More than that, it’s going to let me leave behind an
impact like upgrade the quality of my parents and my siblings as well. On top of that,
I’m so passionate to accumulate professional skills that allow me to excel in that domain.
I’m so mindful of being creative and empowered to master latest skills and qualities in
my professional life.
In that section, I will break down the universities selected based on many criteria:
So, my first choice went to the University of Cambridge especially with the program
entitled “Master of Business Administration (MBA)”. I decided to continue in that career
because suits me down to the ground and from the teacher deliver the class so
captivating and the university itself well known with the capacity to get outstanding
profiles out at the end of the journey. As the same as before, University of Aberdeen in
the class called “International Business and Finance”. It’s really inspired me and carry
me away when it comes to discuss it deeply with other peoples. And finally, I choose the
University of bath due to the high ranking assigned to this university. I would be so
lucky if I can get the golden chance to study “Finance with Risk Management”. This
program resonates with me a lot and pretty enough judging that I have the basics skills to
land jobs in this field.

To conclude, I can say that studying in a foreign country is not completely easy. But I’m
willing to overcome any kind of challenges could face me later on.
Career plans:
I couldn’t agree more that an education is a life-time process. Which means there’s no
finish line to cross. Nevertheless, after completing some years of learning in a college or
a school. This amazing process come to an end with a designation called “graduation”.
To my humble opinion, I see myself in terms of career plans into two periods of life.
Obviously, just after graduation I count to come back to my home town and get engaged
with what I can to make some small problems right.
In one hand, I envision myself within the short term to join some Moroccan companies
specialized in management and related it to data analytics. I aim to pursue in that career
because I have just finished a class named “Google Data Analytics Certificat
Professionnel”. In the other hand, I expect for myself to get into freelance field because
it impressed me endlessly. To put it simply, I would like to improve the quality of
education in my county with 45% that targeted futures laureates grouped about two
groups. In every one contains 50 persons in order to make out and get all the
explanations across clearly as having an interactive class. I aim to teach them financial
data analytics specifically. It seems me an achievable and doable plan to turn it from
vision into reality. Coming along the way, to train skilled people in that domain and
holding the accurate knowledge to help other people lifting up their lives. This idea
occurs to me because I had noticed a serious need in my country that students couldn’t
study that major because it’s so rare in public universities. Again, I realized that all the
world taken a left turn toward technology and digital tools to manage companies but at
the same time there’s a need to master business instruments like finance and business
stuffs.
I assume that completing my education in your country at one of the great colleges could
help me tremendously to achieve this inspired goal in my life.
To conclude, I rely heavily that my Moroccan system going to go in hand or ties in well
with Britian system. For that reason, I see that studying there get powerful and
remarkable results in my personal and professional life.
