San Francisco, in California, is a beautiful city on the pacific coast of the United States. The famous Golden
Gate Bridge is in San Francisco – it´s 1.280 meters long and goes from one side of San Francisco Bay to
the other. People from many different places live in San Francisco. There are Spanish, Mexican and Italian
people and a lot of Chinese, too. There is a big Chinese New Year party every February. There are many
lovely parks in San Francisco. The beautiful Golden Gate Park is very popular in the summer. San Francisco
is a great place for shopping. There are many shopping malls and department stores. And of course, there
is Chinatown with its famous street markets. There are also many restaurants in China Town, it´s a great
place to go out in the evening, people wear traditional clothes, and you can buy traditional spices and fruits.
You must visit San Francisco, the cultural city! The streetcar is a very traditional and easy way to get around
the city.
