DICE ID App – Frequently Asked Questions

What is DICE ID?

DICE ID is a blockchain based platform created by Wipro Lab45 that helps organizations create and verify tamper-proof digital credentials. For
more information, please visit www.diceid.com

Why should I use DICE ID mobile app?

Wipro TalentNext has leveraged DICE ID platform to issue credentials that represents the certification completed by college students who are
part of the training program conducted by Wipro.

You should use DICE ID mobile application to obtain your credential containing the certification details which can be used as a proof of your
training completion to earn credits from your college. DICE ID app on your phone is your identity wallet that can be used to manage your
credentials.

How can I get my certificate?

If you have completed your J2EE or JAVA FULL STACK certification, then you will receive an email from no-reply@diceid.com within 2 weeks on
your registered email address. Don’t miss the mail, check your inbox updates or Clutter/Spam/Junk folders regularly.

This email provides a step-by-step guide to obtain your credentials which contains your certificate. To summarize few simple steps are required:

1. Download DICE ID app from Google play store if you have an Android phone or from Apple app store if you have an iPhone.
2. Scan the QR code provided in the email from your DICE ID app. If the QR code is not visible, then allow download of external images in
your Outlook email.
3. If you have opened your email on your phone, then please tap the button named “Open in DICE ID Wallet”.
4. After scanning, please wait for processing to complete and the credential to be downloaded to DICE ID app. Once processing is complete
the credentials details page will automatically open. You can access your credentials from the “Credentials” tab of DICE ID app.
What can I do with my credentials in DICE ID app?

For certifications like J2EE, JAVA FULL STACK DEVELOPER etc. you will have the option of obtaining your certificate as PDF by tapping the
“Download” icon in Credentials details page or the button “Download your Certificate” button. The online version of the certificate is
available as a link in “Cred URL” attribute of the credential.

You can share the file using other applications available on your phone such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Gmail etc. For external certifications like
AWS, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM etc. there is no certificate download option and the credential itself is the proof of your certification.

In near future, we will enable your colleges to be able to accept your credentials as proof of certification which will require simple scanning
of QR code.

I have got my credentials and certificate. Do I need to do anything else?

Please take a backup of your credentials by navigating to Settings tab and selecting the Backup and Restore option. You can select cloud or local
backup and a 12-word pass phrase will be generated for you. Please make sure that you have noted the passphrase by saving it on your phone or
emailing it to yourself because this will be required for restoring your credentials in case you delete your credentials or uninstall DICE ID app or if
you want to change your phones.

Troubleshooting Guide

1. I did not get any email from no-reply@diceid.com

Please check your clutter / spam / junk folders as the email may not be in your inbox. Also, the processing of the certificate in DICE ID
happens in batches by collating the data received from training team. Once processed you will receive an auto generated email from
no-reply@diceid.com with instructions on how to get your DICE ID credential which will contain your certificate. You can use the invite
for establishing the connection and downloading the credentials.

2. I am not able to view the QR code in the mail

Install or update to the latest DICE ID app version on your mobile from the app store. Try opening the mail in the Outlook email client as
it is a rich client compared to the Outlook Web App(OWA).
On OWA you can use Enable External Image Allow the download of external images in your mails. It might be blocked and the QR code is
not showing up.

Try closing/relaunching the app on your mobile and do a rescan of the QR code, which could possibly fix the issue for you. You will be
able to receive the credentials on you app, that can be downloaded using the download icon or the button.

3. I am not able to install DICE ID app on my phone.

The most likely reason is that you have a phone which has an operating system on which DICE ID app is not supported. Currently we
support the following versions:

• Android v7 and above

• iOS v11 and above

We highly recommend that you upgrade your phone’s operating system as lower versions of Android and iOS are actively supported
and can pose a high security risk.

4. After opening DICE ID app, the initialization on the first screen is not getting completed.

Please ensure that you have installed DICE ID on a supported OS. Also ensure that you have good data / internet connectivity so that
initialization can complete.

5. After scanning QR code in email I got an error.

Please make sure that your phone is having internet connectivity either via Wi-Fi network or 4G connection. If your internet speed is
slow then this can occur. You will not be able to scan the same QR code again so please send an email to support@diceid.com with a
screenshot of the error. We will resend your credentials to your email with a new QR code.
6. I accidentally deleted my credentials from DICE ID app so how do I get it back.

If you have taken a backup from DICE ID App as then you can use the restore option in Settings tab to get your credentials back.

If you have not taken cloud or local backup then please send an email to support@diceid.com explaining your issue and your details such
as Name, Email, Employee ID and Skill name. We will resend your credentials to your email, and you can get your credentials again by
scanning the QR code from DICE ID app.

7. I am getting invite already used or credentials already offered?

The invite sent on mail is for one time usage. If the QR code scanning is consumed, you will receive credentials in your wallet. If for some
reason, the credentials are deleted or app got uninstalled, the QR code rescanning will give you “invite already used”. In that case you
will have to request for another invite. If you are getting credentials already offered, but you did not find any credential in the wallet, a
rescan of the QR code will work and help you to get your credentials.

8. How to share error logs?

Steps to Generate and Share Error Logs:

1. Go to Settings >> Choose Report Errors
2. An error log file will be downloaded on your device.
3. You can mail the attachment to support@diceid.com using the Report button
4. If the mail attachment is failing, you can manually pick the file and forward it to us.
5. You can delete the logs on your device by choosing Delete Error Logs
