Mywam Sdn Bhd Term & Condition


1. Pricing and model of items are subjected to change without prior notice.
2. Delivery of the purchase is determined by timeline agreed by both party.
3. 50% of down-payment of software solution and full payment of hardware solution is payable upon confirmation of Purchase Order. Any
outstanding payment shall be settled upon delivery.
4. Subscription based purchase shall be remitted in advance based on stated period. Next remittance will be 30 days before expiry date.
5. Helpdesk Support Plan is a maintenance contract which is to deem for excellent support for emergency onsite service, helpdesk and
retraining. It is valid upon activation of the contract with a minimal monthly fees in which is payable before the contract starts.
6. Within the maintenance contract, MyWam Sdn Bhd shall ensure the above item in proper condition except external factor such physical
damage or system corruption due to the neglecting act by human or natural disaster.
7. Price and service will be revised after contract period according to the market prevailing rate and requirement. Else withdrawal of
service shall be made 1 year in advance.
8. Whenever MyWam Sdn Bhd is having the latest version release to the market as standard version, it should be released as well for those
who are qualified for version upgrade provided they are covered under maintenance contract.
9. Version upgrade or maintenance can be done on-site or on-line whichever is convenient and prompt to carry out the activity.
10. Additional maintenance service requested to MyWam Sdn Bhd is chargeable on case to case basis depends on complication of the
matter in an agreeable form by both parties before request is fulfilled.
11. Request or task that are not mentioned in the purchase shall be treated as ad-hoc service, in which it is subjected to the type of service,
job scope, delivery location and duration of serving, where separate purchase order shall be approved prior to engagement.
12. If there is Money Back Warranty in the purchase, the policy is only applicable to the software solution manufactured by MyWam Sdn
Bhd after failure of attempts to be resolved within 24 hours for its software’s malfunction or hang in which stops business operation.
13. All service conducted other than Klang Valley will be subject to out of pocket expense (OPE). OPE is limited to travelling expenses,
accommodation, meal allowance, toll charges and parking fees only.
14. Order placed is not cancelable else, 100% of the price stated in the purchase order will be imposed as cancellation charges. In this case,
all of the cancelled item will be retrieved back by MyWam Sdn Bhd.
15. Item purchased that are not directly under MyWam Sdn Bhd production shall be treated as integration service that MyWam Sdn Bhd
furnishes together with its products and consultation, therefore the items shall subject to the term & conditions given by the original
distributor or manufacturer.
