MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Introduction:
An offline meeting was organised on 14th September, 2023, at 10:00 AM. All the members
were duly informed via E-mail and WhatsApp.

Agenda of the meeting:

For discussing about the date of offline Orientation Session and decoration of LAC wall.

Members present:
Aditya Vardhan, Aman Kumar Jaiswal, Anshika Yatharth, Ashish Kumar, Ayushman Tiwari,
Deependra Kumar, Garima Mishra, Harsh Pandey, Ira Upadhyay, Komal Tiwari Richa
Gupta, Rudra Pratap Singh, Shivangi Singh, Shweta Singar.

Business transacted:

1. The meeting commenced with Mrs. Richa Gupta extending greetings to all
participants.

2. Mrs. Richa Gupta expressed concern regarding the lack of interest displayed by
first-year students in the LAC programs, noting their limited participation in the
recent online orientation session conducted by the centre.
3. She urged second-year members to proactively engage with first-year students,
providing them with more information about LAC and encouraging their active
participation in the upcoming orientation and induction sessions.

4. Mr. Aditya Vardhan inquired about the readiness of posters for the offline
orientation, emphasizing their importance for display on faculty notice boards ahead
of the event.

5. Mrs. Gupta further requested input from junior members regarding the theme for wall
decorations during the orientation. Three themes were proposed: Human Rights,
Harassment-Free Environment, and Mental Health. It was advised to complete the
decorations before the offline orientation.

6. Additionally, she tasked junior members with organizing a meeting amongst

themselves to determine the materials required for the wall decoration. They were
instructed to compile a comprehensive list and provide it to Mrs. Richa Gupta to
ensure timely procurement.

7. Mrs. Richa Gupta concluded the meeting, adjourning it until further notice. She
expressed her gratitude to all members for their participation and contributions.
