Epsilon Theta Scholarship

Criteria

A scholarship is awarded to one active Xinos female and one active Kudos male student in the
Epsilon Theta Chapter. Applicants must adhere to the following criteria:
 Applicants must be a senior in high school.
 Applicants must submit an official transcript with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or
higher (transcript must have School’s Registrar’s seal).
 Applicants must write an essay of 250 words on “Our Changing Society”– Discuss)
 Applicants must plan to enter higher education with a plan to receive an Associates and/or
Bachelor’s Degree.
Documentation Needed:
 Current transcript showing GPA of 2.5 or higher
 Two Letters of Recommendation
o One must be from a school official on letterhead
o One can be a character reference from a non-Sorority and non-family member

(Note: there must be signatures on the letters of recommendation)

APPLICATIONS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS.

THIS IS A ‘ONE TIME ONLY” $250.00 SCHOLARSHP

The recipient of this scholarship will be notified in writing and must submit proof of
enrollment.

The $250 allotment will be mailed to the recipient upon receipt of proof of
enrollment.
