Schedule - Deep Work.

Preparation:

Put mouse pad on desk


Use piano chair
Take off apple watch
Take a shit
Phone turned off // Charging downstairs

Monday:

Get home at ~18:00 - 18:30


Meditate
Eating and prep will take up to 30 mins
Time for Deep work: 19:00 - 20:30

Tuesday:

Get home at ~17:10


Eating and prep will take up to 30 mins
Reading is at 17:40 - 18:10
Time for Deep work: 18:15 - 19:30
Meditation is at 18:30 - 18:39
Carry on working as usual
Reading is at 20:00 - 20:30

Wednesday:

Get home at ~18:00 - 18:30


Meditate
Eating and prep will take up to 30 mins
Time for Deep work: 19:00 - 20:30

Thursday:

Get home at ~16:00


Eating and prep will take up to 30 mins
Reading is at 16:30 - 17:00
Time for Deep work: 17:05 - 20:30

Friday:

Get home at ~16:00


Eating and prep will take up to 30 mins
Reading is at 16:30 - 17:00
Time for Deep work: 17:05 - 20:30
Weekend Morning routine:

6:00 wake up
Straight to cold shower, wash face, moisturiser
Should end at 6:20
Make breakfast (either egg and toast or protein oats)
Eat (10-15 mins)
Should be 6:50
Read until you see the sun (winter)
Go out in the sun for 20 minutes shirtless (read in summer)

Saturday

Weekend Morning Routine


Start Deep work at 9:00 until 10:30
30 Minute rest - have a snack (better to be low carbs)
Deep work 11:00 - 12:30
Eat Lunch and Rest until 14:00, then leave for the gym
Get home 16:20
Eat
17:00 start Deep work
End 18:30 - Meditate
Complete any shallow homework and then play chess until 20:30
Sleep

Sunday

Weekend Morning Routine


Chill out (chess) or read until you leave for church
Come back around 11:50
Eat (either egg and toast or protein oats, whichever one you didn't choose in the
morning).
Start Deep work 12:30 - 14:00
Eat (rest too)
Complete any shallow homework until 15:00
Deep work 15:30 - 17:00
Rest 30 mins
Read 30 mins
Work on something until 19:30 (Meditation at 18:30)
Chillax (subject to change)
Sleep
