-Still Probationary (3 months of working after passing board)

5.)How’s your journey as a civil engineer?

-It’s a quite challenging since I assigned as a Design Engineer even though my Specialization is
Construction Management. But I enjoy it somehow because I feel that I have grown a lot as an
Engineer since I used all the formulas and computation that I learned on classroom on my
everyday life.

6.)Struggles as a civil engineer?

- First is the Time management. Maybe because of the work load that assigned to me everyday
and we are only 2 Design Engineer on the office.
-2nd, is the connections of the client and the Engineers especially when delayed happens.

7.)Breakthrough as a Civil Engineer?

- On my first and second month on this field, i experienced a lot of stress and culture shock in a
real world of Engineering. But, I will never grow if I don’t experience all of that.
-I was being yelled by a client with bad words because of the delayed problems and it shocked
me a lot to the point that I am afraid to go to the office on the other day. But I realized that being
a soft hearted in a corporate world is not allowed, it will crush your self if you will always take
thins personally.

8.)Experience w your co-workers?

-I have no problem on my co-workers, all of my co-workers are really good. Despite of the
challengers we faced, they were always find a way to be optimistic. Especially my supervisor,
she never felt to me that i have little knowledge whenever i ask something about a certain work
and I inspire to grow more as a Design Civil Engineer because of her.
