Engr.

Ansley
Mark
● Engr. Ansley, a 23-year-old Civil Engineer, has a wealth of experience and expertise. As
a cost engineer I & II, he has learned the importance of discipline, budgeting, and
practicality in his work. This experience has inspired him to focus on materials that fit the
budget while maintaining the quality of his work. As a student taking Civil Engineering,
Ansley's determination and willingness to pursue this course are inspiring. Moreover he
has been a member of various organizations, including the Philippine Institute of Civil
Engineers (PICE) NUS Chapter which he managed as a former president, we were
really shocked by this information but at the same time we were really impressed.

Van
● Engr. Ansley's accomplishments include completing two projects as a structural engineer
at an early age. One project, a condominium in Cubao, Quezon City, has secured the
safety of its residents. Another project, the 45-story residential tower called "Orabella," is
known for its structural design, which is responsible for the durability of structures
withstanding strong winds and earthquakes. Engr. Ansley's dedication to his work as a
Civil Engineer and his membership in the American Society of Civil Engineers serve as a
source of motivation for us who are aspiring to become Civil Engineers.

Engr. Kathrine
Mathew
● Engr. Kathrine, a Design Engineer at NU, has a strong academic foundation, including
being an April 2023 Board passer, an NU scholar, and a recipient of the Megaworld
Scholarship. She consistently achieved Dean's List recognition during her 4th year's 1st
and 2nd semesters. Despite her specialization in Construction Management, she
managed to excel in her role. Despite challenges in time management and client-
engineer relationships, she remained resilient which really amazes us.

Yana
● Her positive working relationship with colleagues, especially her supportive supervisor,
demonstrates her commitment to continuous growth as a Design Civil Engineer. Engr.
Kathrine won numerous honors, including Megaworld and National University
Scholarships, during her college and senior high school years. Despite the pressures
associated with scholarships, she managed to perform her work well and succeed in her
chosen career path. Engr. Kathrine's dedication to her work and her commitment to
continuous growth have inspired us to strive for our success in our future careers.

Engr. Raymond
Janico
● Despite facing challenges brought about by the pandemic, Engr. Raymond maintains a
positive attitude towards his work environment. His ability to remain committed amidst
adversities reflects both resilience and determination, qualities that are essential for
professional growth. Passion is evident in Engr.Raymond's pursuit of obtaining his
license as it requires continuous learning and development within the field of
engineering.His unwavering commitment serves as an inspiration for others who may
face similar obstacles along their career paths.

Darius
● Contentment plays a crucial role in one's satisfaction with their work.Engr.Raymond
exemplifies contentment by finding fulfillment in making meaningful contributions through
providing better access to clean water.This mindset not only enhances personal
satisfaction but also promotes professional growth. In conclusion, reflecting on
Engr.Raymond’s achievements highlights the importance of dedication, integrity, and
contentment.Reflecting upon our own accomplishments,challenges, and personal growth
