We students are truly blessed that they strive hard to make the Actual On-the-Job training
possible for us to learn in the working environment. They also make us realizes, that having a job
in the real world is not that easy because it requires a lot of knowledge, skills, time, ideas, and
efforts. I am truly happy because I acquired a lot of knowledge during our training on site and I
know it will be useful someday somehow. And I am so thankful to Sir Raymond for teaching us
how to solve a specific problem.
As I graduated in college, I know to myself that I am well-prepared to face the real world
someday. Because after taking this training I am confidently sure that this can help me for my
future job. I know 240 hours is not enough to gain all the knowledge about the civil industry, yet
I will use my not so little knowledge to be a steppingstone to become a better engineer, and I
guess I’m ready to face the real world. I will become an engineer that has a teachable heart who
are willing to learn and able to gain knowledge to become flexible in all things especially in my
future job.
III. Assessment of the OJT/Practicum Program

I learned a lot during my on-the-job training at SPES CONTRUCTION ICN. Over the
course of a month or 240 hours, the company provide us with high quality learnings and
information. The business supports our efforts to increase participation, poster professional
growth, and evaluate construction activities.
The advantages we attained on our on-the-job training at the workplace is that they teach
a crucial ability including time management, communication, teamwork, problem-
solving, and most importantly a willingness to learn. They encouraged us and even help
us to be more confident enough for us to be enabled to take any challenges.
