ORDER:
Government of Andhra Pradesh has taken up Re-Survey and Decided to Conduct the Re-Survey
of Entire State of Andhra Pradesh by using Latest Technology available. the Government have issued
notification in the reference 3rdcited directed to conduct Re-Survey in all the Villages including Rural
& Urban Habitations in the State.

The Tahsildar, Chatrai in the reference 3 rd cited reported that, as per the Procedures laid under
AP Survey & Boundaries Act 1923 and Standard Operational Procedures for Re-Survey of Agriculture
Lands, Ground Validation have been completed and Draft-Land Record has been updated duly
considering deletions/additions/mutations/rectifications in Kothagudem Village of Chatrai Mandal.

Further, the Tahsildar, reported that the total 216 R.S.No’s are divided into 1349 LPM Numbers
with total extent of Ac.1478.317Cts and 695 mutation applications received under Form-6(D) for
processing mutation, 94 numbers were found for rectification.Additions and Deletions were made with
reference to the Ground Validation inputs in respect to LPMs and Records. Subsequently all records
were digitally signed basing on the Field inputs presented in Ground Validation and basing on the
entries in Preliminary Land Records.

While verifying the Draft Land Register generated in webland2 portal and in accordance with
connected revenue records of Kothagudem Village of Chatrai Mandal, it is found that certain
corrections has to be made as shown in the below table.

 It is also identified that certain LPMs are having Government land and Patta lands and we have
splitted those LPMs and created 9 new LPMs based on land classification basis. The LPM wise details
whereas corrections proposed as stated in the above table is enclosed herewith for modifications in
Joint Collector’s login.

After completion of verification of DLR data, the total LPMs counted in Sub Collector login is
1358 LPM numbers with total extent Ac.1478.317 Cts in Kothagudem Village of Chatrai Mandal.

Whereas, all the LPM Extents were cross verified and it is found that, all the Patta Lands,
Government Lands and their extents were tallied with DLR entries (under permitted allowance). The
entire process up to Preparation of Draft land register was done following due procedures as per ROR
Act/ Other Acts, Rules, G.O.s in vogue.
