Activity Type Introduction

Grammar Exercises: This present continuous worksheet helps students learn how the
gap-fill, categorising, present continuous tense is used to describe temporary situations,
matching, unscrambling, unfinished actions happening now and future plans.

Focus Give each student a copy of the two-page worksheet.
Present continuous Students begin by completing sentences with the present
continuous form of the verbs in brackets.
