2 Steps of evaluation
1st Round Evaluation You have to check website and portal for
Evalute documnets and give makrs results of evaluation bcz Italian uni does
not send emails before final ranking
For example: applicants having 21 marks out of 30 (mostly dates of results mentioned in
Shortlist for interview Project call pdf)

2nd Round Evaluation

Interview : Where you have 5-10 minutes
You have to prove your identity by showing passport
Oral or PPT preseantaion on submitted proposal
Questions answer (aims, methodoogy)
After interview publish final ranking
and merit list on website (2 weeks or more)
After selection, enrollment process in 3,7 days (Do enrolment on time)
Enrollment fee 156 euro

• Your summary will forward to embassy download summary
For visa Appointment
• You have to send email to embassy with attachment of summary, invitation letter, passport copy
• Don’t pay anyone for appointment booking (take 3,5 months)
• Don’t worry you will receive all your stipend of previous months when you reached Italy
