PROCEDURE
1. Safely remove spreader from the headblock.
2. Lower spreader to allow assess to the mechanism:

3. Remove connecting rod (item 150)

4. Remove operating levers (item 131 & item 132)

5. Remove all bindings on twistlock support, 8x in total. Examples circled in green below.

6. Support the twistlock from underneath, to prevent it lowering out of position once bindings on step 7 are
removed.
7. Remove 2x horizontal bindings on the twistlock support.

8. Repeat for lower collar (twistlock guide).

Once all underside and horizontal bindings are removed, the collar / guide can be split in two halves and
removed.

9. Raise the twistlock (green arrow) in order to remove the twistlock support / upper collar (red arrow).
This also splits in two halves.

10. The twistlock can now be lowered out of position.

11. To install the new twistlock, reverse from step 9 to step 1.
12. To adjust the locking mechanism, rotate the connecting rod – item 150 below.
