Greetings!
I hope this letter finds you well. I am FRANCISCO M. LIBUSTRO writing to formally
request an audit inspection and inventory of the assets and liabilities of the previous
barangay management. This request is prompted by the identification of specific
irregularities during the previous period, and it is crucial for ensuring a proper turnover
and maintaining the integrity of our governance.

Recent rumours and concerns have come to my attention regarding possible

mismanagement in the administration of assets and liabilities under the previous
barangay management.

The irregularities observed from the previous,Treasurer on 2010, Mr. Persilo Navaja
was
Terminated because of the two Hundred Thousand more or less P 200,000
discrepancy or un account money without supporting document from our internal
revenue allotment (ERA) of the barangay assets.,it was died____________. Then
immediately replaced by the Secretary that time who is named Mrs. Sallejean Yatab,
and hired a newly Secretary named Mrs. Nedalyn Guivic Sario on 2013 up to this date.
the Suspicion will arise after the election on 2018, when the treasurer and Secretary
swapping to their position and some individual constituent told the rumours
negotiation to paid their honorarium as Secretary of the Barangay Tugaya which cannot
determined without proper inspection and inventory from your respective office. given
the gravity of these concerns and the need for a transparent and accountable transition,
I hereby formally request an urgent audit inspection and comprehensive inventory of the
barangay's assets and liabilities with the following actions:

1. Verification of Financial Records:

Thorough examination of financial statements, including balance sheets, income
statements, and cash flow statements.

2. Liability Review:
Examination of liability records, including any outstanding obligations and debts incurred
during the previous management.

As the newly elected Barangay Captain of Tugaya, it is my foremost duty to ensure a

smooth transition and uphold the principles of transparency and accountability in our
local governance. I believe it is essential to conduct a comprehensive examination of
the financial records and physical assets of the barangay under the previous
administration. This audit is not meant to implicate any wrongdoing but rather to provide
assurance to our constituents that the transition of leadership is marked by integrity and
a commitment to responsible financial management.
I kindly seek your cooperation in facilitating the audit process ensuring a comprehensive
and impartial assessment. I am open to discussions regarding the timeline for the audit
