I hope this letter finds you well. I am FRANCISCO M. LIBUSTRO writing to formally
request an audit inspection and inventory of the assets and liabilities of the previous
barangay management. This request is prompted by the identification of specific
irregularities during the previous period, and it is crucial for ensuring a proper turnover
and maintaining the integrity of our governance.

the Suspicion will arise after the election on 2018, when the treasurer and Secretary
swapping to their position and some individual constituent told the rumours
negotiation to paid their honorarium as Secretary of the Barangay Tugaya which cannot
determined without proper inspection and inventory from your respective office. given
the gravity of these concerns and the need for a transparent and accountable transition,
I hereby formally request an urgent audit inspection and comprehensive inventory of the
barangay's assets and liabilities with the following actions:
