JOBLANE INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER
SERVICES, INC. RELATIVE TO ITS
APPLICATION OF RENEWAL OF ITS POEA
LICENSE

Dear Usec. Olalia,

This refers to our 16 October 2023 Letter, requesting a verification of the application
and submissions of Joblane International Manpower Services, Inc. (“Joblane”) relative to the
application for renewal of their license before the Administration.

I would like to humbly reiterate that the latest General Information Sheet (GIS), dated
30 August 2023, is fake and false. Virginia C. San Diego is already resigned as Corporate
Secretary and divested all her interests in the said company since 2020. It would be
impossible for her to be physically present in Manila to sign the attestation as she cannot be
in two places at the same time while attending to our sick mother. Second, there is no more
reason for her to attest, certify, sign and in anyway be involved in the preparation, finalization
and submission of the subject GIS – in view of her divestment with Joblane. Finally, the
forged signature bears remarkable differences from her authentic and official signature in
official documents and identifications;

I, together with Virginia C. San Diego, has executed a Complaint-Affidavit which

establishes the forgery committed by Joblane in their submissions not just in the Securities
and Exchange Commission but also before the POEA.

Relative hereto, I would like to request a copy of the submissions of Joblane

relative to their renewal application. As our names are unjustifiably included in the GIS,
despite our complete separation from Joblane since 2020, in addition to the forgery they
have committed, we have become privy and interested parties to their application to avoid
further misrepresentation and protect ourselves from whatever actions that Joblane may
conduct or liabilities that may be imposed against them. This shall also be of great help to
the POEA in evaluating Joblane’s application. Finally, we are seeking these documents to
verify the extent of the forgery committed while preparing the legal action against Joblane
and their officers
