C. Comments and Suggestions

1. Describe the benefits you gained from this practicum by citing the strengths

sometimes I am late.

NARRATIVE REPORT
I, Ranielle B. Rondilla, a Grade 12, Information Communication and Technology
student at Eclaro Academy had finished 160 hours of On-the-Job Training at Dean’s Office in
Eclaro Academy from November 5 to November 29, 2018.

At first, I thought that being assigned in Dean’s Office is very hard because of course!
It’s our Dean that I’ll work with and she’s very intimidating and strict. I am very nervous
working at the office. Even though I’m with my best friends I am still nervous but I didn’t let
them see it.

My first week at Dean’s Office is kinda rough. Why? Because I experienced being
scolded. I am shocked that time because I didn’t expect it. I was hurt that I am thinking that I
should quit. I am very disappointed. But thanks to my superior and best friends, they told me
to be strong because in the future, I may get worst of scolding. I improved myself because I
don’t want to be scolded again.

After that, I managed to be comfortable working at office. I worked hard and nice. I
enjoyed what I am doing especially when I’m assigned to round in the school because of
memo of the Dean, I really enjoyed that because I get to joke around with the faculty and
admin.

My days of working at office are memorable. I experienced many things and I didn’t
expect that I’ll be going at CHED to pass the Tourism application and coming back to pay for
the inspection fee. I experienced to help Dean when she’s going home, when she’s going to
the comfort room.

My last week working at office is kinda sad. I’ll miss everything that I’m doing so even
though i already have a substitute, I gave my best to do everything. Even if she’s the one
who’s being ordered, I still did it. I want to work and work until my last days working at
office.

I am honored that I get to know what kind of people I am working with. I am very
thankful that I worked at office. Dean Erlinda G. Dejarme, our school Dean that is very kind
and her smile and laugh is so precious to me. Ms. Jojoy Pahal, the secretary of Dean, my
superior that is so beautiful and kind to me. I am very comfortable with her, I am thankful
she recommend me to work at the office. Mr. Rolando Olase, Ms. Nina Lee, Mr. Roy Venice
Pesalbon and Ms. Mary Grace Padullon. It is very memorable and I’ll miss working with
them.
Thank you so much! I’ve learned many many things. I am so greatful.
