The following procedure is for setting or adjusting the flow rate on the FlowMate KB series.

1 To set or adjust the flow rate, use the FlowMate Flow

Setting Key or a square socket wrench to turn the nut
located on the end of the adjustment dial.

2 Using the correct Flow Rate Settings table for the valve (pages 2-4), find the
required flow rate and it’s corresponding setting.

3 Turn the nut till the Red Indicator points to the

desired setting on both the scale and dial.

In the above example, the scale is set to 5

and the dial is set to .0 resulting in a
Flow Setting of 5.0.
