Executive Summary
Client is looking at a full Casino solution to optimise their online offering with both Live and RNG content
in Brazil – providing an unrivalled experience to their player base.

This document (the “Document”) outlines the offering of Evolution Group’s Live Casino content,
streaming from Evolution and Ezugi’s multiple studio locations. Market leading and RNG slots from NetEnt
and Red Tiger. First Person range of RNG table games. The offering also covers a dedicated environment,
which may be of interest at some point in the future.

This Document and all proposals included herein is strictly private, confidential, and personal to its
recipients and should not be copied, distributed or reproduced in whole or in part, nor passed to any third
party.

The offer proposed in this Document is made subject to final agreement of full terms and nothing herein
shall be construed as binding upon Evolution Group. If you chose to enter into an agreement with
Evolution Group, such agreement will run for a five-year term.

The offer proposed in this Document is valid until 20th October 2023. After that date, this Document will
be terminated without further notice and the proposals included herein will lapse.

Studios

players directly to the Live Casino version of the game. Evolution is committed to delivering the best online
experience, leveraging the most advanced technologies, offering an exceptional service and support for
our licensees. All of Evolution’s games aim to redefine entertainment, offering players an interactive
online experience that’s like no other.

Evolution has state-of-the-art studios in eleven locations across the globe. Allows all .com players access
to the generic tables offered by Evolution – See Appendix 1 for the full list of tables and hours available.

• Additionally, a fee of €0.75/bet is taken for all bets placed in the Red Room VIP Blackjack tables
– offered as part of the generic offering – as well as the GGR, as this ensures additional tables to
be opened if required to allow all VIP players a seat at these tables.
• Please note that there is an additional 1% to 5% commission on licensed and/or premium

Ezugi Pricing: Generic Shared Tables streamed from Ezugi Studios

Ezugi brings the second independent live casino brand within the Evolution Group, offers the wide range
of Live Casino games streamed from multiple jurisdictions such as from Europe, LATAM and Asia.
