Main Pressure Unloading Circuit

then re-adjust to 2200 PSI, Adjust
UV-1 to 2000 PSI, manifold and Unloading valve, allows the pump

Shot Pin Engage and Clamp

Unclamp and Shot Pin Disengage

Path A must first pilot CV5 port

continued path to AR5 reduces
pressure to 500 psi for clamp
release. While B path flow
retracts shot pin.

Bypass from Shot Pin


retract will not open CV5
due to port 4 lock. LC5
must be open to allow
clamp side to drain

IBOP Actuator Cylinder - Close

Path B to Flow Control Valve
then to charge accumulator,
then closes CV4 not allowing
vent/drain of PC4. Path B to
VR closes LODC and retracts
IBOP cylinder, constant 2000
PSI.

IBOP Actuator Cylinder - Open

Path A pressure is temporarily
2000 psi, Path A to CP passes
through LODC, closing CXCD this
allows pressure on both sides of
the cylinder dampening the stroke
to open with 2000 PSI.
Accumulator discharges through
the Flow Control Valve orifice
.010 approximately 40 to 60
seconds then port 3 relieves and
allows PC4 to vent reducing IBOP
open pressure to 400 psi.

Stand Jump Circuit

extra pressure allows the

Rig-up Mode

Rig up manual valve

valve, this forces fluid to
the piston side of the
counter balance cylinders,
extending them for easy
release of the Pear-Links
from the traveling bock.
Used for rig up and rig
down. There will be
pressure on both sides of
the cylinders but the piston
side is stronger.
