conical part is 36cm high. Find the weight of the pillar if 1cm =7.8 grams.
18. A two digit number is such that the product of its digit is 12. When 36 is added to the number, the digits
interchange their places. Find the number.

SECTION-E

19. Mathematics teacher of a school arranged an educational tour for students of class 10 th standard on the eve of
national holiday. They went to see Humanyun tomb which match to a
hemisphere. The teacher showed the students combination of solid shapes
of mathematical importance. They also saw cylindrical pillars and guessed
its radius. They wanted to know some answers of their questions. Read the
following questions and answer them.

(a) If it is supposed that the interior radius of the Humayun tomb is


3.5 m, then find the volume .

(b) If the radius of the cylindrical portion of pillar is 0.14m upto a


height of 7m, then find lateral surface area of each pillar .

(c) On the same radius and same height of cylindrical pillar in (b ) above, find the volume
