FACTS OF THE CASE:

Mr. Dekdek Rondina, a seafarer, had a child with Giniper Anistone named
Washington before marrying Mary Ann. Despite his marital status, Mr. Dekdek
continued to support his child with Giniper by providing financial assistance amounting
to 20,000 per month. After a work-related accident in March 2021, Mr. Dekdek became
incapacitated and could not continue providing the same level of financial support. In
2022, Mr. Dekdek gained employment as a medical representative and started providing
2,000 per month after being demanded by Giniper Anistone. Giniper Anistone believes
that this amount is insufficient to support their child, who is sickly and not attending
school.
