RE : LETTER OF INTENT

We are pleased to inform you that BFI has approved a lease facility to PT Jogavi Inter Nusa under
the following conditions :

Debitur : PT Jogavi Inter Nusa

Description of Equip. : 1 x Komatsu Excavator PC200 - 10 MOCE, 2023

Equipment Cost : Rp. 1.476.300.000,-

Security Deposit : Rp. 295.260.000,-

Net to Finance : Rp. 1.181.040.000,-

Our Purchase Order (PO) will be issued to you upon satisfactory fulfillment of the terms and
conditions and also signing of the lease agreement and the related documentation.

This letter is not a Purchase Order, but merely a confirmation of credit approval. This LOI is valid for 1
month from the issuance date.
