Perihal : Penutupan Pelayanan PT. Asuransi Etiqa

Dengan Hormat,

Setelah beberapa kali berusaha mencapai penyelesaian dengan PT. Asuransi Etiqa mengenai saldo
hutang yang sudah lama jatuh tempo, PT International Services Pacific Cross harus mengambil
keputusan yang sulit. Dengan menyesal kami informasikan bahwa layanan klien Etiqa akan efektif
dihentikan pada hari Selasa, 10 Oktober 2023 pukul 10.00 WIB karena hal-hal sebagai berikut:
1. PT Asuransi Etiqa belum membayar kewajiban kepada PT ISPC sehingga Kami tidak bisa
memproses pembayaran kepada pihak Provider.
2. Menjaga pelayanan kami terhadap member yang lain.
3. Menjaga Provider dan RS dari kemungkinan lost (risiko financial).

After several attempts to reach a settlement with Etiqa Insurance Company concerning the long-
lasting outstanding balances, PT International Services Pacific Cross had to make a tough decision.
We regret to inform you that the service for Etiqa clients will be suspended effectively on Tuesday,
October 10th, 2023, at 10 a.m. WIB due to the following:
1. PT Asuransi Etiqa has not paid its obligations to PT ISPC which makes us unable to process
payments to the Provider.
2. Maintaining our service to the other members.
3. Keeping the provider and hospital from possible losses (financial risk).
