(the 'Purchaser') providing $22,500.00 AUD (the "Purchase Price"), the receipt and
sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged to Agri-Machine Consulting of
Osborne Park, Western Australia 6017, Australia (the 'Seller'), the Seller hereby sells and
delivers the Vehicle to the Purchaser.

PAYMENT METHOD: The Purchaser will pay the Purchase Price to the Seller by Bank
Transfer or Bank Deposit.

VEHICLE: The Seller will sell and deliver to the Purchaser the following vehicle (the
'Vehicle'):

 Vehicle Serial Number: 6782639453

 Hours: 3500

WARRANTIES: The Seller warrants that the Vehicle is free of any liens and encumbrances
and that the Seller is the legal owner/seller of the Vehicle. The Seller also warrants that the
Seller has the full right and authority to sell and deliver the Vehicle and that the Seller will
defend the title of the Vehicle against any and all claims and demands.

CONDITION: Very good condition, ready to work. No leaks. The Seller expressly
disclaims any expressed or other implied warranties.

WARRANTY: 1 year warranty from the delivery date.

LIABILITIES: The Seller does not assume, nor does the Seller authorise any other person
on the behalf of the Seller to assume, any liability in connection with the sale or delivery of
the Vehicle.

INSPECTION: 15 (fifteen) days test and return policy, where the Buyer has the right to
return and ask for a refund and being non-mandatory to provide a specific reason for the
return and refund claim.

GOVERNING LAW: This Bill of Sale will be construed in accordance with and governed
by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
