V. PROCEDURE

1. Prepare all the materials that being use

in making pencil skirt. Then, draft it in
the manila paper
2. Draft the pattern into the fabric.

3. Then, cut the fabric.

4. Sew the sides of the fabric and then

sew it neatly and then put the zipper
on the side of the pencil skirt.

5. Then, here’s the pencil skirt.
