Subject: Instructions for use of Computer labs


The competent authority has been pleased to approve the standard operating procedure of
the computer lab which are as under;

1. Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the labs.


2. Students are required to place their bags on shelves.
3. Any violation of discipline will not be acceptable, however in case of any
inconvenience, the student may coordinate with the lab in charge.
4. Violation of any of the above can result in disciplinary including : Ion of lab
privileges, Monetary Penalties etc.
5. Use of cell phone and charger is also not allowed in the lab, as the computers
are available for academic purpose.
6. The student will be responsible for any damage/loss caused to the machine or
its accessories and will be charged four times the price of accessory damage
or lost.
