first responders may perform their duties with the highest degree of efficiency, service,
and coordination. Police, fire, ambulance, and rescue services operate in environments
in which there is no margin for error. For this reason, they require solid and robust
communications systems that permit rapid and agile exchange of information,
without interruption, for providing appropriate response.
Teltronic offers the most advanced and modern radio technologies to cover the
communication needs for public safety agencies, extending also into the military
and defense fields, independently of whether for local, region, or national scope.
Having worked with public safety agencies around the world, Teltronic has
accumulated the experience necessary to perfectly know the requirements of the sector.
Its technological independence and capacity of innovation allow the company to offer
100% personalized turn-key solutions for network infrastructure, radio terminals, and
control centers, based on the major standards for critical communications including
TETRA, LTE, and DMR.

SDM
With the Synchronous Data Manager (SDM), patented
by Teltronic and which permits optimization of data
transmission avoiding saturation and allows use in
conjunction with voice applications, call collisions are
prevented when transmitting data over TETRA.
The SDM application allows the number of channels
necessary for data transmission to be reduced to a minimum
compared with other TETRA solutions for the same volume
of data traffic, and data polling and refresh rates (such as for
AVL) are greatly improved. For example, by utilizing TETRA
terminals with incorporated GPS receivers, users can take
advantage of real-time location service without interruption
of voice operations in the network, being able to refresh
the GPS positions of more than 1000 units within
only 20 seconds.
VIDEO SOLUTIONS
Mobile video and integration with CCTV systems are
growing needs for the mission-critical public safety sector.
eNEBULA LTE permits the transmission of video in
real-time and the CeCoCo solution can be easily
integrated with centralized CCTV systems.
MCPTT SOLUTION
Professional-use communication services according to the
3GPP MCPTT standard. This license within the eNEBULA
enables permits mission-critical communication in LTE
networks, both public and private, as well as interoperability
between TETRA users and LTE devices.
