Information

I choose all of these recipes because they are all very easy to make and they
are also not expensive at all the most expensive recipe was $20. My two
breakfast recipes that I chose are toasties. The second breakfast recipe is
that I want to make a salad bowl. I chose these recipes because it is
something light and simple because in the morning You want something light
to eat and not something heavy because you could feel sick if you do. For my
two lunch recipes I have beef wrap. My second lunch recipe is egg with toast
and bacon. I chose these two recipes for lunch because it is a recipe that you
can make for on the go because often when you have lunch you have
something better two do so this has to be fast to make but still have the right
ingredients to stay fit the whole day. For the two dinner recipes the first one is
a type of shrimp pasta. My second recipe is tacos. I chose these three dinner
recipes because during dinner you want something that you can enjoy and
take your time on eating.
Breakfast

French Toast

Ingredients
1. 2 slices of Bread
2. Spread butter
3. Cheese/salami

Steps
1. First you get the ingredients you need to make the french toast
2. Next you start by putting the pan on the stove and put a little bit of butter
on the pan and wait until the butter has melted on the pan
3. Next take two slices of bread and place them face down on the pan
4. Flip the bread after 3 min
5. then put three or four slices of bread on the top of the bread (you can
also put salami on instead or you can put both on)
6. Take both slices and put them onto each other
7. Enjoy
Salad Bowl

Ingredient
1. Half Bag of Salad
2. 2 Tomatoes
3. Half a Cucumber
4. Olive Oil
5. One bag of croutons
6. 1 Paprika
7. Salt
8. pepper

Steps
1. First Get the ingredients ready
2. After that wash all of the ingredients to take away the bacteria
3. Next start cutting up the tomatoes, cucumbers and paprika
4. Then poor the salad into the bowl
5. Next poor all of the tomatoes cucumbers and paprika that you just cut in
the bowl and start mixing them together
6. Then put in the croutons and mix it with the rest of the salad
7. After that drizzle the olive oil over the slid all together and then mix it all
together one last time.
Lunch

Scrambled
Eggs

Ingredients
1. 1-2 egg
2. 50g Butter
3. 5 slices of Bacon
4. 1 piece of Toast
5. Salt
6. pepper

Steps
1. First i get the ingredients that you need to make the recipe
2. Next put the pan on the stove and put butter in the pan and wait until the
butter starts to melt. (heat it to about 80°C)
3. Next put two eggs in the pan when they start turning white start chopping
them up to make the scrambled eggs
4. After that to start putting bacon strips on the pan
5. Once the egg is finished put the scrambled eggs on the plate mean while put
two pieces of toast in the toaster.
6. After that put the bacon on the plate and enjoy

Ingredients
1. Bag of Beef
2. 1 Tomato
3. Jalapeños
4. Tomato sauce
5. Wrap
6. Quarter of a bag of
Salad
7. Cucumbers

Steps
1. First i get the ingredients that you need to make the recipe
2. Next heat the wraps at 750w for 1 min
3. Next get a pan and start cooking the beef at 70°C
4. After that start cutting up the salad tomatoes and
cucumbers
5. Once the beef is done then you can start putting everything
together it doesn't really matter how you put it together.
Dinner

Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
1. Pasta
2. Water
3. Shrimp
4. Small Tomatoes
5. Oil
6. Quarter of a Onion
7. Salt
8. pepper

Steps
1. First i get the ingredients that you need to make the recipe
2. Get a pan and oil the bottom of the pan also get a cooking pan and
file the pan halfway with water
3. Next open the bag of shrimp and put them in a pan also add a little
bit of union (start cooking them at high temp for 7-10 min)
4. Next put the pasta in the pan with water start cooking it and do that
for 6-8 min
5. Once the pasta is done cooking mix it in the pan with the shrimp
6. While you are letting the shrimp and pasta cook together start
cutting up the tomatoes.
7. Once the pasta and shrimp are done cooking add the tomatoes and
it is ready to serve
Tacos

Ingredients
1. Taco crust
2. 1 Tomatoes
3. Jalapeños
4. Beef
5. Cucumbers
6. Half bag of Salad

Steps
1. First i get the ingredients that you need to make the recipe
2. Take the taco shells out of the box and put them in the microwave
for 15 min at 125°C
3. Next get a pan and put 250g of beef in it (let it cook on high
temperature for 15 min)
4. meanwhile start cutting up the salad and tomatoes and
cucumbers.
5. Once the beef and tacos are done put them in separate bowls.
6. Last but not least create your taco you can do this in any way you
like.
