Spread bread with mayonnaise. Put ham, cheese single and cooked chicken breast slice on a
bread. Secure with toothpicks.
Beat egg and milk in a small bowl.
Dip the sandwich and coat it with the mixture.
Using a buttered non-stick pan, brown the sandwich on both sides. Serve hot.

Beat eggs into a mixing bowl until well mixed. Do not overwhip. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick pan and coat it with butter before adding the egg mixture. Slightly shake the
pan back and forth while stirring it in a circular motion with your free hand using a fork.
When the texture seems moist, add ham onto the center of the egg.
Tilt the pan to make an oval shape and fold sides to cover the center. Serve.
