GROUP- 4
• TEAM DYNAMIC
• The processes involved when people in a group interact with each other, or the
study of these.
• Team dynamics refers to how coworkers work together to execute tasks
and projects. These interactions or roles they each play on the team could
be examples of these dynamics. Learn about the characteristics of
effective teams and how to strengthen team cohesion at work.
• What are teams?
2. Encourage Open Communication – If team members feel comfortable expressing complaints and voicing
criticism without being afraid of rejection or revenge, they will work together more successfully. Encourage
everyone in the group to communicate openly and respectfully, and to freely discuss projects.
3. Promote a positive team culture – Teams that accomplish well socially have strong bonds based on respect and
understanding. During team-building activities, you might encourage mutual respect and cooperation among a
group members in addition to support positive team dynamics.
4. Set common goals – Team members are united together with a common goal to focus on the project’s outcome
along with its priorities. Develop realistic goals for the team for easier monitoring of progress.
