STEP STANDARD IMPORTANT REMINDERS

1. Collect the Materials  Cutlery – Fork, Spoon, Knife: clean and  For Dinner

 Beverage Round Mat: clean and not
stained
 Waiter’s Cloth: clean and dry
 Paper Napkin Box: clean and at least
one-fourth full
 MICROS Terminal: Switched On
 Check Printer with Printer Cartridge: in
working condition
 Check Slips: clean and sufficient
 Check Folders: clean and not torn
 Comment Card: clean and not torn
 Menus: clean, not torn and legible printing
 Mineral water: clean and sealed Bottles
 Water Jugs: clean and well polished
2. Clean the Side Station  Use a Waiter’s Cloth
 Clean the Side Station from both inside
and outside
 Ensure that there are no Food Debris are
present inside the Drawers

3. Check MICROS Terminal  Ensure that the MICROS Terminal and  Ensure that

9. Stack Cruet sets,  Place 05 Cruet sets in the bottom Drawer


Toothpick holders and towards the right hand side
Tabasco Bottles in Drawer  Place 05 Toothpick holders in the same

 Ensure that the Toothpick Holders have
25 Toothpicks each
 Place 03 Bottles of Tabasco in the same

10. Stack Sugar Bowls and  Stack 05 Sugar Bowls in the bottom

 Ensure that the Sugar Bowl contains 04
