 Toothpicks in Holder: clean, full and not Bowl, refer to Standard of

 Extra Covers Sugar Bowl’
 Honey
 Tabasco: clean and at least half full
 Worcestershire Sauce: clean and at least
half full
 HP Sauce: clean and at least half full
 Sugar Bowl
 Straws: clean with clear Grand Hyatt Goa
Logo
 Beverage Round: clean, dry, well
polished and dent free
 Beverage Round Mat: clean and not
stained
 Waiter’s Cloth: clean and dry
 Paper Napkin Box: clean and at least
one-fourth full
 MICROS Terminal: Switched On
 Check Printer with Printer Cartridge: in
working condition
 Check Slips: clean and sufficient
 Check Folders: clean and not torn
 Comment Card: clean and not torn
 Menus: clean, not torn and legible printing
 Mineral water: clean and sealed Bottles
 Water Jugs: clean and well polished
 Use a Waiter’s Cloth
 Clean the Side Station from both inside
and outside
 Ensure that there are no Food Debris are
present inside the Drawers

and the Check Printer
4. Place the Mineral Water
Bottles
5. Place the Water Jugs
6. Stack the Menus on the
Side Station
7. Stack the Cutlery in the in
Drawer 1
8. Stack Teaspoons, Linen
Coasters and Straws in
Drawer 2

 Ensure that the MICROS Terminal and  Ensure that
the Check Printer are placed on top of the the Comment Cards are
Side Station, towards the left hand side also placed near the

 Place the Check leaflets near the Check

9. Stack Cruet sets,  Place 05 Cruet sets in the bottom Drawer

Toothpick holders and towards the right hand side
Tabasco Bottles in Drawer  Place 05 Toothpick holders in the same

 Ensure that the Toothpick Holders have
25 Toothpicks each
 Place 03 Bottles of Tabasco in the same
Drawer
10. Stack Sugar Bowls and  Stack 05 Sugar Bowls in the bottom
Honey in Drawer 4 Drawer towards the right hand side
 Stack 05 Honey Jars in the same Drawer
 Ensure that the Sugar Bowl contains 04
artificial Sweeteners, 06 White Sugar and
06 Brown Sugar

Drawer 5 MICROS Terminal
16. Place the Water Glasses  Place the 25 Water Glasses in the Drawer  Ensure that

17. Leave The Side Station  Ensure that all Drawers and the
