    Guidelines for Post-mix Sofia 2S concentrated juice machine cleaning

    Juice Cleaning Process

    Prepare a jug/container and the pour


    warm water with 50c - 60c into it

    Take out the aliminum straw for both


    side of juice and then put it into the
    jug/container with warm water

    Put the jug in place of the juice

    Prepare a small jug/container and


    place it at the tray

    Press "Cleaning Button" and then

    the process will start at the side 1
    and it will automatically switch to
    side 2

    Repeat step 2 - 3 for 3 times


    Clean nozzel and mixer

    Pull out water nozzel. Side 1 and


    side 2

    Make sure O-ring in a good


    condition

    Clean nozzel and mixer with bursh

    Pull out the try and clean it.

    Place it back nozzel and mixer and


    test run the machine a twice to make
    sure juice and water calibrate well.
