Introduction
career orientation of accounting professional is pivotal in any
organization since the success or failed any organization depends on
how the accounting profession is given within organization regardless of
whether it is profit oriented or non-business oriented entity. However as
argued by the research in this research study on career orientation of
accounting professional in Ethiopia”
1. Objectives
Since there has been un reaching and un organized research study in
career orientation of accounting professional in Ethiopia in general and
specific study is not clear stated in under the objective separately by
giving in title number. This not react the reader in perfectly at any time
when needed by any part. This is due to the lack of research theory but
the researcher conducted one good main objective which is career
orientation of accounting professional in Ethiopia properly defined.
2. Theory. NO the researcher has no clearly defined state of theoretical
framework under this research which is only said that career orientation
under the literature review
3. Concepts
concepts of the researcher has career oriented in accounting
professional in this research by career defining specific individual
perceived sequence of attitude and behavior association with work
related experience depending on different hypothesis.
4. Method
The primary source of data was collected and analyzed through
questioner method to appropriated work out with the research objectives
an additionally used secondary data such as published journal and other
related source document.
Researcher uses sample and procedural research method and this is
chosen to develop the selected research study. This suits the nature of
the study since sample research does properly seek answers to the
questions by examining various social attitudes and individuals’
behavior in different ways.
5. EVIDENCE
This research is a data distributed through questioner and collection 80%
evidence (Schein’s 1999) which is by questioner , the process of data
distributed and collection method is some clearly defined .it is using
some questionaries’ and other by using internet as reference attached.

Some of the research position is good and other title and the placement
is not continent to the reader to read and understand,

This chapter describes the Career Orientation of Accounting
Professional and its conceptual orientation model and describes also the
research dimension in difference ways to finalize the literature of
research.
More of less It Is good to the research when you compeer with the
research to literature review
8. Contribution
In this research nearly effectively contributes to the research by using
some theoretical understanding the career orientation accounting in
Ethiopia in accounting practice in any organization.
9. Style
The style of the research is not that much as attractive due to its not
proper clarified all the part of research in proper way when the research
is prepared and the language used by researcher is good to for any who
read for the research is good in every research topic but under the
literature is difficult to understand for the reader..
10. Conclusion
The research was done through some source document that cannot be
organized in simplest ways and also that cannot be correctly fulfill the
research rule special on the objective of the research which is not have
general objective and specific objective in separate ways to the reader
when needed by the reader.
The research abstract part is not fulfilled and also there is no abstract
part in under table of context, the name of the research summited is also
written inappropriate place.
This research is concentrates in the area of career orientation in accounting

profession.
