Personal – 1-8- Instructions of Al Ahli facility loan

1- Tayseer Al Ahli loan shall not be granted unless with the personal attendance of the
client applying for the service at the branch and verification of the availability of
conditions of eligibility to the loan informed through the instructions issued by the
product organizing entity.

2- An employer’s letter is letter issued by the customer’s employer indicating the salary
(as well as any allowances) and the date of joining work. The employer’s letter must be
addressed to Al Ahli Commercial Bank or to whom it may concern.

3- Tayseer Al Ahli loan shall not be granted except to the employees of the employers
listed in the system and whose salaries are transferred to the bank through “Express”
system.

4- The salary is calculated based on the instructions and policies issued from time to time
by the Retail Finance Sector by virtue of circulars to the branches. Therefore, such
policies and instructions should be complied with.

5- Precaution should be taken when using the inquiry screen in the system and neither the
customer nor any other person (except the branch officers) may have access to the
information on the screen in any way.

6- The available goods shall be described based on the vision indicating the details of the
products purchased by the customer from the Bank. In case the customer asks about the
amount of resale of the product on his behalf, it is the good quantity multiplied by the
amount set in the agency agreed by the customer.

7- The customer should be warned that the administrative charges amount will be
deducted from his / her account for the new approved application of Tayseer Al Ahli loan
or in case of renewal of the loan application by the customer.

8- If the customer wishes to receive the goods by himself / her self, the administrative
charges amount should deducted from the customer’s account before carrying out the
loan application.

9- The Support Department at the Retail Finance Sector shall provide the branch, through
DHL, with the original document of the “title” and the “undertaking and authorization”.
In case the customer receives the good, the branch shall deliver the same to the customer
after securing the customer’s signature acknowledging receipt of the original.
10- The customer’s wish to postpone the installment of Ramadan shall be considered
when calculating the installment due after taking the customer’s signature.

11- If the transaction is sent to the Retail Finance Sector before noon, the customer shall
be notified that the amount will be deposited into his / her account by the end of the
working day or on the following day if the transaction is sent afternoon,

12- The redemption of a part of the revenues of Tayseer Al Ahli loan may be requested
after settlement of the whole loan credit. Such revenues must not be less than the amount
set in the system.

13- No prior agreement may be concluded with the customer for the redemption of a part
of the loan margin in case of early repayment of the debt before the execution of Tayseer
Al Ahli loan.

Explain to the customer the nature and privileges of Tayseer Al Ahli loan product, offer
him / her the good required to be sold and its price and ensure the customer’s approval of
the loan.

When receiving the employer’s letter from the customer, verify its information is correct.

Ask the customer for a employer’s letter from his / her employer.

Receive the service applicant and ensure his / her identity and that the loan conditions
apply to him / her.

Print the installment sale contract application form, the customer’s acknowledgment and
the installment schedule (sale agency in case the customer wishes to resell the good) and
the order form and ask the customer to sign.

Using the loan application screen in the system, set whether the customer whishes to
receive the goods by himself / herself.

The customer is accepted through “Sama” system.

Verify through “Sama” system whether the customer has been accepted or not.

Through the system, fill in the loan information and whether the customer wishes to
receive the goods or not.
Print the installment sale contract application form, the customer’s acknowledgment, the
installment schedule and the order form and ask the customer to sign.

Apologize to the customer for the impossibility of providing the service.

Instructions:
- In case the customer’s personal information does not match and his / her ID is invalid,
you should apologize for not providing the service.

Send all the supporting documents by fax to the Retail Finance Sector to ensure the
approval and implementation.

The documents are signed by the Operation Manager

Receive the documents from the Operation Manager and ensure he has signed them.

Ensure the customer’s signature matches with the documents.

Ensure that the transaction is not returned by the Finance Sector for any error

Return the transaction to the officer in charge for signature

The customer wishes to receive the goods.

Stamp all the documents by the stamp “signature matches” and sign beside the stamp and
stamp with your official seal bearing your name.

Deduct the administrative charges amount from the customer’s account,

Give the documents to the Operation Manager.

Return the transaction to the Sale Manager / Relationship Manager to complete the
procedures.

Sign the “good purchase application” form at the appropriate place.

Customer Service to update the signature.

Necessary correction procedures and return the transaction again to the Finance Center

The transaction is rejected by the Finance Center as there is an error in the transaction

When carrying out the transaction, call the customer by phone and inform him / her that
the amount is charged to his / her account.

Using the inquiry screen in the system, ensure that the application is carried out.

Keep a copy of the internal delivery list as per the historical serial number

Send originals of the documents to the Retail Finance Sector by DHL.

Asset Account is opened.

By the end of the day, inquire through the finance screen whether the asset account has
been opened for the customer.

Follow-up till the asset account is opened and send the documents to the Retail Finance
Sector by DHL.

Instructions:
- In case the customer wishes to receive the goods by himself / herself after execution of
the application and receipt of the title certificate from the Retail Finance Sector, he / she
shall be contacted to receive the title certificate and to sign acknowledging that the copy
of the certificate has been received and the certificate shall be kept in the file at the
branch.
