Terms and Conditions

a) Above rates are excluding any additional charges which may occurred beyond our control.
b) Cargo Insurance are excluded in this quotation.
c) Port Charges and other cost with shipping line shall be settled as per actual cost.
d) Above rates subject to TAX in Indonesia.
e) If our truck detained over night, 100% from the above charge will be applied.
f) Above rates exclude duty and tax .
g) Customs inspection charge is excluding mechanic fee and labour cost at port.
h) Special Handling other than the above is excluded.
i) Payment should be done with in 30 days after received date of our invoice
j) Foreign exchange will be calculated at the rate actually used by our company or the carrier engaged by our company.
k) All documents needed for import (import licence,etc) must be prepared by customer.
l) For DDP, should the total of Duty & Tax are too high, it has to be discussed in advance.
m) In case of import shipment from the United States, We are acting as agent on behalf of the carrier,
Nippon Express U.S.A., Inc. (OTI license # :1087NF).
n) At cost or reimbursement charges should be settled as per actual amount (full amount) and no tax deduction on
the settlement.
