Problem
The city of Los Angeles is the center of events in the country. Hence, it is not
surprising that hundreds of events and celebrations are held in the city every
year. To cater to the ever-increasing demand for event management services, the
company needs to expand its business.

Solution
Our aim is to accommodate multiple clients simultaneously. To do that, we will
need to move to a bigger office, hire additional personnel, and improve our
marketing plan.

Target Market
Our company targets both local and foreign individuals, groups, and entities that
are planning to hold an event in Los Angeles. We will be managing various events,
ranging from corporate to charity and social events.
