interviewer a story as such it is important to structure this in the right way.
I know you have an agenda for this meeting, however I thought it will be useful if I could give you a walk
through of who I am and why I am excited to be meeting you today
1. Thank you for your time, Try to build some rapport with the interviewer to do so you establish a
connection this can be achieved by researching about your interviewer may be u went to same

Why do you want this job, do you need a turn over or are you often rejected you should think of
a strong reason why you want an offer as this could determine if you are getting it or not
Can you tell me about a time that you failed. Thus is mostly judge by how you responded to the
failure and not bcos u failed
Are you interviewing with any other company. Be honest about it bcos this can determine your
integrity if you end up with another better offer
You may be asked situational and behavioral questions that are designed to discover how you

It is important to make sure that your correspondence with the hiring party doesn’t end once
your interview has finished. Eg send a linkedln connection the following day after your
interview. A day after that you can send in a thoughtful thank you message, thanking them for
the opportunity to sit with them. In another couple of days you might just think of the questions
asked in the interview and say you know what Chris in reflection I really wished I had said this..
or perhaps there is a question that you might want to ask
Ask your recruiter to thank the interviewer and to clarify to them anything that you
didn’tcommunicate clearly during the interview
Stay active on linkedln by engaging with content on the industry and share any news or stories
that are relevant to the role

the role with you or not am a kind of person who constantly love to improve myself I will greatly
appreciate the test result so I could see where I did well and where I could have done better so that I
could be able to do better next time am in similar situation
