ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

…I would like to express my special thanks of gratitude to my physics

mam for providing me with the opportunity to work on this beautiful
project. I am also thankful to my friends , parents and well-wishers who
have directly or indirectly helped me in this project work. I really want to
thank everyone who helped me with this project from the bottom of my
heart...
BALANCED FORCE
…When the total of all the forces operating on a body
equals zero, the forces acting on the body are referred to as
balanced forces ...
UNBALANCED FORCES
When two opposite forces acting on a body, move a body in the
direction of the greater force or forces which brings motion in a
body are called as unbalanced forces
FIRST LAW OF MOTION
...The first law of motion states that an object at rest stays at rest
and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in
the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force...
INERTIA
... Inertia is defined as a property of matter by which it remains
at the state of rest or in uniform motion in the same straight line
unless acted upon by some external force .The mass of body is the
measure of inertia; more the mass of a body, more the inertia ...
.
SECOND LAW OF MOTION
…The second law of motion states that the rate of change of momentum
of a body is directly proportional to the net external force applied and this
change in momentum is in the direction of force applied....
MOMENTUM
…. Momentum is the quantity of motion of a moving body,
measured as a product of its mass and velocity. it formula =
mass × velocity....
THIRD LAW OF MOTION
...Third law of motion states that to every action,
there is an equal and opposite reaction...
CONCLUSION
The momentum of the moving body is proportional to (i) mass of
the body and (ii) velocity of the body. Momentum is a vector
quantity. Direction of momentum of a body is same as that of the
direction of the velocity of the body.
